When building an InstallShield project, the following error may occur:
"Error -4702: An error occurred creating "[JARFILE]". Please ensure that the Netscape digital signature information is correct."
[JARFILE] is a placeholder that resolves to the name of the .JAR file being created. An example is "install.jar".
